Watermelons contain high levels of vitamins A, B6, C, and many antioxidants, including Lycopene.
Lycopene is one of the most powerful antioxidants, and is a carotenoids which gives fruit its red color. It has been linked to promoting good heart and bone health, and prostate cancer prevention.
