Ingredients

4 cups purple cabbage (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2/3 garlic (clove, minced)
2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Sea salt & black pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Enjoy!

Storage: Keeps well in refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
