Put your health 1st

It’s the New Year and resolutions are a great way to declare a goal(s) so you can make changes to your lifestyle.

Health is usually a top priority for a lot of people.

 Some simple tips to help you get started are:

·         Take a scan of your health to see what changes need to be made.

·         Write down 5 changes you would like to make.  Out of those 5 pick two that are the most achievable.  For example, eating healthy, lose weight, exercise more, handle stress better…

·         Post those 2 goals on your refrigerator or somewhere where you can see them throughout the day.

·         At the end of every week write down your accomplishments.
