Apples contain fiber, which can slow digestion, making you feel fuller after eating. This can help with acid reflux. Apples have been credited for helping your lungs, heart, asthma, bone health, weight loss, immune system, and gut. Remember to eat your apples with the skin on to get all these great benefits.
