  • Focus your goal based on a “Lifestyle Change” not a diet or weight loss
  • Clean out your pantry and refrigerator
  • Donate any processed or prepackaged foods to your local food charity
  • Go online and pick a couple of recipes for meals for the week
  • Make a shopping list that includes real food (meat, vegetables, fruit, healthy fat)
  • Choose foods that are located on the outside perimeters of the grocery store
  • Keep it simple so that you achieve your goals
  • Do not give up!
