Exercise regularly to improve your cardiovascular health, muscular health, and to fight disease. Since exercise can reduce stress and improve your overall mood, set aside at least 150 minutes a week for moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, plus at least two days of muscle-strengthening activities.
Exercises to try:
1) Two (or more) 30-minute walks a week
2) Strength training with a kettlebell or hand weights for 30 minutes.
3) Upon waking and again when you get home at night, jump rope for 15 minutes.
4) Do squats at your desk for 10-minute increments three times per day.
