5 ways to motivate you to change your lifestyle!
1.  Determine Why
     Clearly define all your reasons why and goals
     -Lose weight, have more energy,
     -Preventing cardiovascular disease, diabetes
2.  Set Goals
     Write and post goals for the week.  Making them visible. Set reminders on phone.
     -Walk 30 minutes a day
     -Eat 3 servings of vegetables every day this week
     -Drink more water
3.  Keep a food journal
     Write down breakfast, lunch, and dinner for two weeks.  Don’t forget any snacks or desserts.
4.  Think positive, train your mind into positive thinking
     -As soon as you wake up say 3 positive things about yourself
     -Before bed say 3 positive things about yourself
5.  Celebrate your successes
     Congratulate yourself on small things not just big achievements
     -Drank more water
     -Chose vegetables instead of french fries
     -30 minute walk
