Get Healthy in 2019!

If one of your New Year’s Resolutions is “Getting Healthy” than I have some tips for you.

·         Focus your goal based on a “Lifestyle Change” not a diet or weight loss

·         Clean out your pantry and refrigerator

·         Donate any processed or prepackaged foods to your local food charity

·         Go online and pick a couple of recipes for meals for the week

·         Make a shopping list that includes real food (meat, vegetables, fruit, healthy fat)

·         Choose foods that are located on the outside perimeters of the grocery store

·         Keep it simple so you achieve your goals and do not give up

Our nutrition program arms you with the knowledge you need to set yourself on the path to optimum health. Stephanie Lapinski, a Certified Nutritionist and Lifestyle Educator, who works with Drs. Van Meter and Weiss, developed this program using the latest medical evidence. She is available to work with you and track your progress as you become healthier by losing weight & fat, improve your digestion, lower your cholesterol & blood pressure, as well as enjoying improvements in many other health parameters.
